The Red Oak Farmers' Market is a growing 'family' of like-minded individuals whose desire is to band together and draw customers to a gorgeous park in downtown Red Oak on a lovely summer, Thursday evening to offer them exceptional fresh produce, baked goods, jams and jellies, and high quality hand made crafts. To accent this event, we offer helpful hints, samples and recipes for using the fresh produce with our weekly Celebrity Chef. The vendors also generously donate their items to a weekly harvest basket that is given away during the evening. Our kids events and our many contest activities are planned to bring the community out for a lovely evening in the park, get some fresh goodies, have some fun, and also visit the shops on the square that stay open later.
