Our visit was good with a party of 10 but when your waitress say that the last customers made a complaint about her... better not say nothing at all. We gave her good tip though... she did good.
The tea options were even worse than last year. Not only is the Earl Grey decaffeinated, even the English Breakfast had no caffeine. Which means there wasn't any caffeinated tea. The service is slow, and you can bake a better banana nut bread at home (there are usually good bananas at the local Kroger). That said, the vegetarian omelet is quite tasty, and once the toast eventually arrives you can have a good meal.
Food was edible. Bathroom was pretty clean, but entire restaurant was disgusting. Trash all over the floor, and every non occupied table was not bussed at all. They only bussed tables on a per customer basis as they walk in. We waited about 35 minutes for food for the two of us, and we were most likely one of the only tables waiting for food (almost closing time). Absolutely disgusting. service was fair, but one staff member made an odd comment about how tired I looked and about my eyes being bloodshot. Thanks for that, never coming here again.
The staff here is very friendly and the food is great. However, when my turkey sausage arrived to our table, it had a hair on it. The staff was very kind and appologised as well as took it off of our bill.
Usually okay but was there an hour and still hadn't even gotten to order drinks. Took the waitress half an hour delivering a few plates to another table a couple people at a time about 10 minutes apart and still not everyone had their food. Not just under staffed but no coordination from manager. In fact, we've had trouble every time we've seen that manager in a store. (3 stores now.) We got up and left, drove the rest of the 45 minutes home to eat at our regular store.
